Registration Process

365 BRT may request a copy of your national ID card or passport with photo at any time for identity verification purposes. Failure to provide this information may result in a temporary account suspension.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your login credentials — username and password — with anyone. Any activity carried out by a third party who gains access to your account remains your responsibility.

Account Suspension & Termination

365 BRT reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• For breach of terms and conditions.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Being under the legal age.

365 BRT accepts payments via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is stated on the platform.
• Deposits must be made from your own payment account only.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and may result in account termination.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Terms

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• First-time withdrawals may take 24–72 hours to process.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.

General Bonus Terms

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

If 365 BRT finds any evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and all winnings derived from it. Abuse includes claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using bots, or coordinated betting.

All types of betting at 365 BRT — Sports Betting, live betting, casino games, and lottery — are subject to the following general rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless 365 BRT permits it under exceptional circumstances.
• Betting odds are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• In the event of a disputed result, the decision of 365 BRT is final.
• We reserve the right to void any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

Live Betting

In Live Betting, odds change in real time as the match progresses. Due to internet latency, there may be a data discrepancy between the user and the 365 BRT server. In such cases, the server's data will be considered final.

Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply to each event and game category. Where applicable, this limit is displayed on the betting page or within the relevant event details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365 BRT platform. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or software bugs.
• Exploiting coordinated betting to obtain bonuses or rewards.
• Transacting with funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Placing bets on behalf of a minor or helping them create an account.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports corruption.

Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.

Dispute Resolution
